My puppy was there overnight for surgery and when we picked her up, she was starving and her bladder and bowels were full and she was scared. We had to drop her off again for surgery to stay overnight, and they cancelled the surgery within the first hour she was there and didn't call and tell us. She stayed there 36 hours while no one called us. We tried calling 2 or 3 times and couldn't get through as their phone is always busy but didn't think much of it and planned on picking her up after 1:00 the next day. Called the next day to make sure we were good to pick her up to find out she didn't have the second surgery and no one thought to call and let us know about the change, and she was there for 36 hours in a kennel for no reason. And once again, she was shaking, starving, bower and bladder full. Attempting to speak to the vet and the staff went horribly. The vet was rude and told me to take my business elsewhere, the staff denied talking to me and also lied about what they told my husband (which I admitted was probably a misunderstanding except the staff member tried to cover up and lie about the vague/inaccurate info she gave my husband). I work in customer service and this was extremely unsatisfactory. Never have I seen such poor customer service. Previous to this incident, I thought they were just "ok" and was a bit perturbed by the fact that no one on the staff could get my dog's gender right.
